Created in soft pastels and pastel pencils on primed 3mm matboard paper.
 
Frame & Matt: 
This artwork is custom framed in a contemporary white double matt and white  frame with a smooth 4 cm facing finish.  The back includes D-rings and 2.5mm nylon rope for wall hanging.
 
Packing & Shipping
Protecting your artwork during transit is very important to me.  The corners are protected with cardboard mouldings, the glass is covered in paper, the artwork is wrapped in protective bubble wrap and placed in a heavy duty cardboard box. Once I have posted your artwork, I will send you a Tracking Number via the email that you have provided. Shipping in Australia can be 7 to 10 days, depending on your location. 
 
My inspiration
Eighty Mile Beach in the Pilbara, Western Australia is an endless stretch of white sand that extends for 220 kilometres. This panoramic vista is made breath taking by the vivid turquoise waters as the tide flows in and out.  In this painting I wanted to show the gentle waves lapping one another, while the fluffy white clouds move slowly across the sky.  Many grey nomads come back year on year for the beach fishing, it has to be seen to be believed.
